Three palettes with all interior finishes were presented to the committee including flooring options of carpet, custom carpet, wood, LVT and porcelain tile. Beautiful Type II Vinyl wallcoverings were selected along with veneer wallcovering, paint, Laminam and porcelain tile to create a classic and elegant palette of materials and colors. New cabinet finishes were selected to work with existing millwork and cabinets being used throughout the space. Existing furniture was reupholstered with custom embossed leather hides from Hickory, NC and beautiful contract fabrics to bring worn out pieces up to date. New furniture was selected from NC manufacturers to work with existing and the newly specified interiors. Lastly, IIS worked with the committee to select two beautiful, “one of a kind” oriental rugs for two lobby spaces.
